"She's Like A Star"
This morning i was looking for something good to listen to so I put on "She's like a Star" by Taio Cruz, how is a new big R&B artist. There's something special about this song that makes is so smooth, is it the beat the tune the lyrics. Yes it is all of the above. If you pay attention carefully to the lyrics the it talks about how he feels and uses good vocabulary that most of artist now in days do not use. So smooth is my way of expressing the song it rides and thats what i like in music. This song was released the 5th single from Taio Cruz's debut album Departure in 2008. It was written, produced and arranged himself. Even though he is from the UK, Taio is now a Global Artist. In March 2010 he realeased "Break your Heart" as a debut US single.

MGMT..."Congratulations" a good one?
30 seconds into the song MGMT's second album "Congratulations", singer Andrew VAbout 30 seconds into MGMT's second album, "Congratulations," singer Andrew Vanwyngarden asks, "How will I know if it's working?" Indeed, leading up to the set's release, the duo announced that the follow-up to its synth-pop-heavy 2007 debut, "Oracular Spectacular," would be a wild departure. The new nine-song album blends psychedelia with elements of post-punk, surf rock and even folk. The track "Someone's Missing" begins sparsely with soft guitars and sitar-like effects that echo the falsetto vocals before swelling into an easygoing funk jam. Cuts like "Song for Dan Treacy" and "Brian Eno" are surf-tinged and vaguely danceable, while the approximately 12-minute-long "Siberian Breaks" channels English cult groupion personalitiesand features dreamy vocal arrangements reminiscent of Simon and Girfuel and The Mamas and Papas. Despite its retro influences, MGMT isn't out of touch: "Lady Dada's Nightmare" is an eerie, instrumental nod to a certain pop star.So for the final answer: Yes!

Hip Hip Legend: Guru who united jazz and hip-hop died on April 20, 2010 at 43 years old from his battle of cancer. He will be missed by many family, friends and especially fans. Guru was one of the original hip-hop artist of the 1980's. He first found fame colliding with DJ Premiere and formed Gang Starr. During his last few days he wrote a letter to his fans : "I, Guru, am writing this letter to my fans, friends and loved ones around the world. I have had a long battle with cancer and have succumbed to the disease," the letter read. "I have suffered with this illness for over a year. I have exhausted all medical options. I have a non-profit organization called Each One Counts dedicated to carrying on my charitable work on behalf of abused and disadvantaged children from around the world and also to educate and research a cure for this terrible disease that took my life. I write this with tears in my eyes, not of sorrow but of joy for what a wonderful life I have enjoyed and how many great people I have had the pleasure of meeting." Fellow friends such as Ice Tea will dearly miss him, for their start of fame. RIP Keith "Guru"Elam!

Jay-Z on 'SNL'!
Jay Z is set to perform on 'SNL' May 8. Also fans are eager to see Betty White host "Saturday Night Live", so now it seems like comedys OG is going to be joined by hip-hop's biggest star. Jay-Z who will headline Coachella tonight(April 16), has appeared as a musical guest on the show several times before but I'm sure this appearance will mark as White's first time as host on the show. Betty has turned it down several times before a year ago. Are you pumped to see Jay-Z on 'SNL' again? What song should he perform? What kind of skit could he and Betty White do together

"The Top 100"
Chris Brown just recently made his song from his latest album onto the Billbord 100 at number 2. That's having Rihanna in standing at number 1 for a while now. But what is going to happened next. Im pretty sure that you have all heard about the rihanna and Chris B fight last year. I think this just shows how much they have moved on and improved their careers for the better. So what were others thinking out of all people that they would have the first spots on Billboards Hot 100.
